Since October 2023, I have a postdoc position at the Université Libre de Bruxelles under the direction of Antoine Gloria and Mitia Duerinckx.
From September 2020 to October 2023, I was a PhD student in mathematics at the Laboratoire de Mathématiques d'Orsay (LMO), Université Paris-Saclay, under the supervision of Jean-François Babadjian (LMO).
Research Areas
My research area is the calculus of variations and geometric measure theory. I am interested in their applications to the study of variational problems arising in continuum mechanics, with a special emphasis on linear elasticity and dissipative phenomena such as brittle damage, brittle fracture, or perfect plasticity.
In the context of my postdoctoral position, Antoine Gloria, Mitia Duerinckx and I are currently working on stochastic homogenization of high-contrast materials.
Analysis and PDE seminar - ULB
Together with Corentin Le Bihan, Matthieu Ménard and Clara Patriarca, we co-organize the Analysis and PDE seminar of ULB. You are welcome to the sessions, which consist of two talks between 2 and 4 pm. and a coffee break! There is approximately a session every two weeks on Tuesday (see the schedule).
